How refunds work for Brigade subscriptions. Last updated October 2026.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. This applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions.
Every new kitchen also starts with a free one-month trial on the monthly plan, so you can try Brigade in full before paying anything.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and follow the buyer support flow, or contact our support team and we'll help you through it.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Paddle's own refund handling is described at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time and it simply won't renew — no refund request needed. Yearly plans run to the end of the paid year and don't renew once cancelled.
