The agreement between you and Antony Vincent for using Brigade. Last updated October 2026.
Brigade is operated and sold by Antony Vincent (“we”, “us”, “the seller”). By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms and enter a contract with Antony Vincent.
If you use Brigade on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter this agreement.
Brigade is a subscription software platform for professional kitchens: order tracking, mise en place lists, stock levels, and team notices. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your kitchen during your paid subscription period.
You must not reverse engineer the service, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent its technical limits.
You must not misuse the service. That includes: unlawful use of any kind; fraud or spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property; and interfering with the security or operation of the service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning our systems, or scraping the service.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.
We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation, and Brigade branding. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to you.
You grant us a limited licence to host and process the content your kitchen enters (orders, lists, stock, notices) solely to provide the service to you.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Subscriptions renew automatically at the chosen billing frequency until cancelled. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and simply won't renew; yearly plans run to the end of the paid year.
We work hard to keep Brigade available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your kitchen's data may be deleted after a reasonable export window — contact us before cancelling if you need an export.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
